Processing Time All orders will be processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- UAE: 10–20 business days
- Qatar / Kuwait: 12–25 business days Estimated delivery time for reference only, delays may occur due to customs clearance, local courier or holidays.
Shipping Fees Free standard shipping for orders over AED د.إ1. Flat shipping rate applies for orders below this threshold, displayed at checkout.
Customs & Duties Buyers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or clearance fees imposed by your country. We cannot predict customs charges.
Shipping Restrictions We ship to UAE, Qatar, Kuwait. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please input your full and accurate delivery address with a valid contact number.
Lost / Damaged Parcel Contact us within 7 days after estimated delivery date if your parcel is lost or received damaged. Photos of damaged items and packaging are required for investigation.
